Emily's been running to varying degrees since a teenager, she trains and races regularly around the UK. Often found in the top 10 women at her races she's bagged a good selection of wins in there as well.

Ultra-runner and Senior Business Analyst based in Lancashire

Rhys was always active and outdoorsy but really started his Journey into ultra-marathon running in 2017 when he finished Lakes Sky Ultra (throwing himself in the deep end with a mountain ultra-marathon first). Since that initial race he has completed well over a dozen ultra-running events and is always looking for new peaks and challenges and trying to build on the previous year’s effort.

In the past few years he has ran a night marathon, double ultra-marathon (2 day consecutively), 100kms run, completed a coast to coast challenge in Scotland, a good few ultra-marathons and bagged some large summits abroad to boot.

He’s loves being out running on his local North Pennine Moors trails or on a mountain range best and is also a keen mountaineer in his free time.
